Summer 2008

Hot weather has arrived and the grapes are ripening.  Drip irrigation started early in April this year as the spring was quite dry.  We expect an average crop size and harvest at Milat will start in August.  Preparing for the crush at the winery  includes purchasing new barrels  for the new wines ( picture below).  Come by and experience the 2008 crush, which happens at the back of the main building.
