Winter 2010

In December, winter frost began. The vines are dormant.  They drop their dead, brown leaves, and  then pruning season starts. Cutting and trimming the branches (canes) transforms the vineyard and ends the cycle of the previous vintage. 

   Winter hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Closed.  Friday through Monday 10-5:30.
