Recipes made with Milat wines created by the Milat family. Along with great wine, our family always enjoys good food. We have a diverse selection of wines with a bountiful choice of flavors. With so much going on in Food TV and food magazines about cooking with wine, we have been cooking up our own dishes and experimenting over the years. When talking with our customers about the dishes we have created, their comment “may I have the recipe?” has inspired us to finally pass on our Family Recipes.
We have the recipes handed from grandmother to mother and continue to prepare them for family dinners. Others are simple meals we have created and enjoy for when you don’t have a lot of time or energy just enough to pour a glass a wine for yourself and do a little cooking.
We would enjoy your feedback once you have prepared some of our recipes.
