Port Wine Cake

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 large eggs
1 cup Zivio (Milat Port-like dessert wine)
1 cup veg. oil
Combine above ingredients in a large bowl. Mix at low speed until moistened then medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased, floured bundt pan. Bake in 350 oven in center rack for 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand in pan 10-15 mintues and then turn out onto wire rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with a choclate glaze.
Option: Add chopped semi sweet chocolate pieces to the blended batter before putting into pan. Before adding chocolate pieces, toss with flour so the pieces don’t sink to the bottom.
