Figs marinated in Port

Rinse and dry figs and add to a 9x9 glass pan or dish that will hold about a dozen figs. Pour a cup and half of Zivio (Port) on the figs and leave on the counter at room temperature. Cover with plastic wrap and occasionally turn the figs so they all soak in the port and leave overnight or 24 hours. Take out of the figs, cut in half, spread goat cheese (thick) on the fig, and wrap in procuitto. OH SO GOOD!!
